The Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community (BMI) has published a new draft for the NIS‑2 Implementation and Cybersecurity Strengthening Act (NIS2UmsuCG). It aims to implement the EU NIS‑2 Directive at the federal level to further strengthen cybersecurity in Germany.
